George Washington Crossing the Delaware Poster
Originally painted by German artist, Emanuel Leutze, this is the famous scene of George Washington spending his Christmas getting ready to open a can on some pesky Hessians in the Battle of Trenton. Pretty ironic, right? What's more ironic is that the original was destroyed in an Allied bombing raid during WWII. While the original painting by a German artist of Americans going to fight Germans was destroyed by Americans fighting Germans, today you have the chance to have its accurate recreation on display in your own home.
